BOTOX
How is Botox Used?
Botox smoothes wrinkles and folds, creating a
natural look and feel by relaxing facial muscles.
How much
does Botox treatment cost?
Botox is used to
help smooth wrinkles in three typical areas: frown lines,
forehead, and crow’s feet lateral to the eyes. Pricing for Botox
is $10 per unit. Each area is typically $200-$300. Each patient
is different, so final pricing depends on the number of areas
treated, and number of units used.
How long
does Botox last?
Clinically Botox
will last about 3-6 months before needing re-treatment, however,
with repeated treatments Botox has been shown to last longer.
How do I
know if Botox is right for me?
Treatment
results largely depend on a number of factors: How many
wrinkles, how deep the wrinkles, (skin type is important, thick
vs. thin) do the wrinkles disappear when the face is at rest and
do the wrinkles disappear when stretched…typically Botox results
very with age and skin type.
How long does the procedure take?
Treatment can be
done in about 30 minutes. Please arrive early to allow
time to fill out paperwork, or

Is Botox
Safe?
Botox is
approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It
has been used therapeutically for 17 years. Botox is a
purified protein and does NOT contain any live bacteria, so
there is no chance of infection.
RESTYLANE
How Is Restylane Used?
Restylane is typically used in the lower half of the face to
plump up the deep lines and wrinkles, around the mouth, lips,
and chin. It can be used to fill lips out in conjunction with
Botox for a more profound effect, and with wrinkles that are
more difficult to treat.
How Long Does Restylane Last?
It takes normally 4-6 months before needing re-treatment.
However, with repeated treatments Restylane has been shown to
last longer.

What Is Restylane?
Restylane is made of hyaluronic acid, a substance produced by
our bodies that holds on to water and acts as natural filler for
our skin. Our bodies need it. Over time we loose this filler as
our skin becomes less elastic, showing deep lines, wrinkles, and
wear.
Is Restylane Safe?
The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approve Restylane. Our
bodies will naturally recognize hyaluronic acid, the main
ingredient in Restylane, so it is very safe. We naturally digest
this product over time.
